For our Canadian Friends, we cannot recommend Shippsy.com as a package forwarder. UPS charges very high brokerage fees and duty on oils even if they are manufactured in the United States. Shippsy will not charge these fees if a commercial invoice showing the oil origin is provided. We are happy to provide this upon request.

Many of our oils cannot be shipped internationally. We are working on a shipping solution for those that can, but at this time we are unable to ship either internationally or to Hawaii, Alaska and US territories that would require air shipping. We are happy to ship to any continental US address. We apologize for this inconvenience.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to Scent Memory, we will invoice the buyer for additional shipping PLUS any charges the delivery service charged for the return delivery before resending. If a refund is requested, shipping and return charges will be deducted from the final refund.
