Shipping in mainland US* is flat rate based on total spent. Please see shipping policy for more details.

* for Hawaii and Alaska shipping will be invoiced at weighted cost after order is packed and weighed.

We ship to Canada, the UK and Australia by invoicing for shipping once package is weighed and measured. Most packages ship by UPS and are subject to duty and broker fees by the carrier. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and are assessed prior to package delivery. Please work directly with UPS on this.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to Scent Memory, we will invoice the buyer for additional shipping PLUS any charges the delivery service charged for the return delivery before resending. If a refund is requested, shipping and return charges will be deducted from the final refund.
