Returns, Refunds, Cancellations

All sales are final and non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or defective product. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compatibility and safety in the created end product. Scent Memory recommends purchasing the smallest unit available to test compatibility prior to investing in larger quantities of any fragrance oil. 

Order Modification or Cancellation Policy 
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of order submission, provided it has not yet been released to the shipping company for delivery by emailing info@scentmemoryfragrance.com. Refunds will be provided back to the original form of payment. We cannot cancel or refund special orders, including bulk orders over 10 lb.

SMLLC is not responsible for errors in ordering. Please review your order to ensure it is correct, and contact us within 24 hours to request modifications.

Return Policy
Due to sanitary concerns all sales are final and may not be returned, exchanged or refunded with the exception of missing or incorrect items.

All orders must be inspected and in the event of an order discrepancy or quality concern issues raised by emailing info@scentmemoryfragrance.com within 72 hours of delivery for refund or replacement to be considered. In the event of an incorrect order we will send a shipping label to return the product error. Products must be returned or purchased to keep your account in good standing. Damaged

SMLLC reserves the right to request photographic evidence of damage, samples or return of product for evaluation in the event of quality control concerns. You are responsible for shipping charges related to this request. If SMLLC finds there was an error or quality issue we will refund payment for the product or replace at our discretion.
