Returns, Refunds, Cancellations
All sales are final and non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or defective product. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compatibility and safety in the created end product. Scent Memory recommends purchasing the smallest unit available to test compatibility prior to investing in larger quantities of any fragrance oil.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be modified once placed. Orders may be combined at the discretion of Scent Memory, LLC. However, shipping costs are non-refundable. In the rare circumstance an order cancellation request is approved, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT POLICY
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours if you find an item is defective, damaged due to leakage or if you receive an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate and issue a replacement or credit. We will be unable to honor a request after this timeframe. Scent Memory, LLC reserves the right to request return of product or a sample for inspection prior to issuing a refund.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE POLICY/SHIPPING INSURANCE
If your order is damaged please contact us at info@scentmemoryfragrance.com as soon as possible, within 3 business days of receiving it and include a description of the damage and pictures, including the packaging and box. we will submit a claim to get your order replaced quickly. If your order is lost by the carrier contact us at the above email address and we will work to get it replaced.
