Returns, Refunds, Cancellations

All sales are final and non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or defective product. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compatibility and safety in the created end product. Scent Memory recommends purchasing the smallest unit available to test compatibility prior to investing in larger quantities of any fragrance oil. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be modified once placed. Orders may be combined at the discretion of Scent Memory, LLC. However, shipping costs are non-refundable. In the rare circumstance an order cancellation request is approved, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. 

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT POLICY
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours if you find an item is defective, damaged due to leakage or if you receive an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate and issue a replacement or credit. We will be unable to honor a request after this timeframe. Scent Memory, LLC reserves the right to request return of product or a sample for inspection prior to issuing a refund. 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE POLICY/SHIPPING INSURANCE

Scent Memory, LLC has partnered with ROUTE for tracking and package protection. Customers are offered this protection at checkout for a nominal fee. This protection is included in your cart by default. By removing this from your cart at checkout, you assume all responsibility for your order once shipped, and we cannot replace or refund in the case of a lost or damaged package.
