Fill cocktail shaker half full with ice. Add gin, egg white, lemon juice, simple syrup and crème de violette. Shake about 30 seconds. Strain into cup; discard ice. Return to shaker; shake about 45 seconds. Pour club soda into a glass. Strain into glass, allowing foam to rise.
