IFRA USAGE RATES: Refer to the IFRA tab for maximum skin safety usage rates, and review the IFRA document carefully.

MAXIMUM USAGE RATES REFER TO SKIN SAFETY PERCENTAGES ONLY AND ARE NOT RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USAGE RATES IN PRODUCTS OR FORMULAS. Refer to your formula for the recommended usage rate, and do not use the fragrance oil if the IFRA rate is not rated highly enough for use in your product.

SAFETY: Download and review the SDS document provided in the IFRA & SDS tab. Follow all safety guidelines recommended. Do not allow contact with skin or ingest. Follow all IFRA guidelines for dilution in product. Care should be used in handling at all times.

As a boutique provider of fine fragrance oils, we at times have extended fulfilment timing. You can always find our latest fulfilment estimate in the banner at the top of the website. If you need expedited service, please contact us for overnight and 2-day shipping estimates.

SHIPPING CHARGES

At this time we can only ship to the United States and its territories. Shipping in mainland US* is flat rate based on total spent.

*US Territories and Hawaii & Alaska will be invoiced once orders are packed and weighed. Packages are limited to 10 lbs. Please email us as info@scentmemoryfragrance.com for a shipping quote ahead of ordering.

For our Canadian Friends, we recommend Shippsy.com as a package forwarder. UPS charges very high brokerage fees and duty on oils even if they are manufactured in the United States. Shippsy will not charge these fees if a commercial invoice showing the oil origin is provided. We are happy to provide this upon request.

For our International Friends, many of our customers have great success using packages forwarders. We can recommend Vykingship.com as one forwarder to consider. Note we are only responsible to deliver packages to the US address and any damage or missing items must be reported before the package is forwarded.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to Scent Memory, we will invoice the buyer for additional shipping PLUS any charges the delivery service charged for the return delivery before resending. If a refund is requested, shipping and return charges will be deducted from the final refund.
